Bell & Webster's Solution
Bell & Webster provided their efficient RoomSolution for this project whilst adhering to the required quality and safety standards. The High Wycombe, Student Accommodation project utilised the first of the prestressed slabs manufactured in Bell & Webster’s facility at Hoveringham. Bell & Webster provided Galliford Try with the ideal solution, providing more flexibility to change the layout in the future if required.
Other benefits included high quality finish of the prestressed slabs allowing Galliford try to reduce the amount of time required to finish the floor area.
Galliford Try required flexibility with units and proposed to replace the concrete wall with alternate plasterboard units.
