Health and Safety Policy

Bell & Webster promotes the health and safety of all its employees as well as suppliers, customers or visitors whilst on our premises. We are committed as a company to prevent injury and ill health and strive towards continual improvement in all activities related to the performance of our Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S)

We actively encourage the co-operation of all personnel in the development of this policy and of all other health and safety matters. A structured training plan is in place to give people the necessary knowledge to carry out their tasks in a manner that will prevent accidents to themselves and others and will eliminate any long-term health risks.

Risk assessments are carried out on all equipment and processes and any necessary remedial actions are addressed. Health assessments are carried out on all employees through an active health screening system.

We are committed to compliance with all applicable legislation, where that legislation relates to hazards within the scope of our business activity.

This policy provides the framework for setting and reviewing our OH&S objectives.
